Dear Indira Ma’am,

We extend our utmost support, strength and solidarity to the entire team of Lawyers Collective. Lawyers Collective has been a very important place historically and more so in the present where it has fearlessly taken up cases against the CJI himself, apart from so many others. We all have done litigation work around the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and are aware that it was Lawyers Collective that initiated the drafting and follow up of this historic legislation which in some way really is a vision in itself.

For young lawyers such as us, we look at your work specifically as something to really learn from. And we hope that we can collectively garner the strength to push back against the rising violence which threatens to engulf us all in its vicious modes of intimidation and incarceration.

From all of us at Jagdalpur Legal Aid Group, we want you to know that we are thinking of you and the entire group of Lawyers Collective and wish for strength to tide against these trying times.
